This policy explains what Property Terminal, operated by Gold Patrons Data Technology, collects and how we use it.
Account details (name, email, company); usage data (searches, watchlists, portfolio entries, alerts); content you upload (photos, documents in the Deal Room); and standard technical data (device, log, and cookie data needed to run the Service).
To provide and improve the Service, generate reports and AI research, process billing, send account and product communications, secure the platform, and comply with law.
When you search a property, we may send the query to an AI provider (e.g. Anthropic or OpenAI) to research it via web search. We do not sell your personal information. Uploaded documents and photos are processed to produce your analysis and are handled per this policy.
We share data only with service providers that operate the platform on our behalf (hosting, database, payment, email, AI, and data providers), under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard safeguards; no system is perfectly secure.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data, and opt out of non-essential emails. Depending on your location you may have additional rights (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA). Contact us to exercise them.
