These Terms govern your use of Property Terminal (the “Service”), operated by Gold Patrons Data Technology (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any data you submit.
Paid plans renew until cancelled. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Administrator-granted complimentary access carries no charge and may be modified or revoked.
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no scraping or reselling data in violation of provider terms, no attempts to breach security or access accounts that aren't yours, and no use of owner or contact data except where legally permitted.
Reports combine verified records with AI-generated estimates and are provided for professional decision support only. They are not an appraisal, title search, inspection, or legal, tax, or investment advice. AI-inferred values are estimates and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on.
The Service, its software, and its presentation are owned by us. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service per your plan. Report outputs may be used for your own business purposes.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms or the Service; material changes will be posted here. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time.
